Business cards
Cards for your team, funded by the money you take in
Issue virtual and physical cards straight from your Enterprise Pay Gateway balance. Give each staff member their own card with its own limit, and see every purchase sitting next to the sales that paid for it.
You can apply straight from this page — no account needed to get started.
Cards are issued through our banking partner Stripe. Availability depends on your account being approved for the card programme, and eligibility is not guaranteed.
Spend your balance, not next week's payout
Cards draw on the money you have already taken in, so you are not waiting on a bank transfer to buy stock.
A card per staff member
Front desk, buyer, manager — each gets their own card with their own limit, so one person's spend never hides inside another's.
Limits and category controls
Cap a card monthly or per purchase and restrict it to the kinds of merchant it should be used at. Freeze it in one click.
Virtual instantly, physical on request
Issue a virtual card in seconds and add it to a phone wallet, or order a physical card for in-person buying.
Spend next to your sales
Money in and money out live in the same dashboard, so month end is a read rather than an investigation.
Card data stays with the bank
Card numbers are issued and displayed by our banking partner Stripe. We never store or handle them.
Common questions
Where does the money on the card come from?
Your own balance — the money you have taken in through Enterprise Pay Gateway. Cards spend that balance directly instead of waiting for a payout, so working capital stops sitting idle between payout cycles.
Can I give cards to staff?
Yes. Create a card for each person or each purpose, set a monthly or per-transaction limit, and restrict which types of merchant it can be used at. Freeze or cancel any card instantly.
Virtual or physical?
Both. Virtual cards are issued instantly and can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay right away. Physical cards can be ordered for staff who need to buy in person.
How do I keep track of spend?
Every authorisation and purchase is listed with the card, the person and the merchant, so reconciling at month end does not mean chasing receipts by text message.
Who issues the cards?
Cards are issued through our banking partner Stripe under their card programme. Card numbers are held and displayed by Stripe — they never pass through Enterprise Pay Gateway.
Is there a cost?
Card issuing is included with your Enterprise Pay Gateway plan; standard card network and physical card fees from our banking partner apply. Availability depends on your account being approved for the card programme.
