Features
Everything you need to take money, and nothing you have to build
Enterprise Pay Gateway sits on top of Stripe and adds the parts Stripe leaves to you: checkout pages, a storefront, memberships, invoices, staff logins, locations, reporting and dispute tracking. One plan covers all of it.
Explore the product by what it solves
Stripe processes your payments. These are the parts Enterprise Pay Gateway adds — each with its own page stating exactly what it does and what it does not do.

Every payment, package balance, membership and point total tied to one customer profile.

Built for your kind of business
See how the pieces fit together for your trade — deposits, packages, memberships and storefronts, on your own Stripe account.
Getting paid
Every way money can come in, without building a checkout yourself.
Hosted checkout links
Every product gets a secure Stripe-hosted payment page you can text, email or link from anywhere. Card details never touch your website.
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link
Wallets appear automatically at checkout when they are available to the customer, so people pay in a couple of taps on a phone.
Memberships and recurring billing
Charge monthly or yearly for plans, retainers and memberships. Cards are saved, renewals run automatically, failed payments are retried.
Invoicing
Send a professional invoice with a pay button for custom jobs, deposits and balances. You see when it is viewed and when it is paid.
Bank payments (ACH)
Turn on bank debit for larger tickets so you keep more of a big invoice instead of paying card rates on it.
Prepaid packages and store credit
Sell a package up front and let customers draw it down over time. You take the cash today, and every balance is tracked against the customer for you.
Charge in person, no card reader
Enter an amount at the counter and show a code. The customer pays on their own phone with a card or wallet, and the screen updates the moment it clears.
Loyalty points
Customers earn points on every payment at a rate you set, and you can turn those points into store credit they can only spend with you.
Your own storefront page
Publish a clean public page listing everything you sell with pay buttons. Great for businesses with no website at all.
Running the business
The day-to-day tools that usually mean another subscription somewhere else.
Team access
Invite staff and managers by email with their own logins, so you are not sharing one password across the front desk.
Multiple locations
Track products, payments and revenue per location, and see which site is actually performing.
Import your catalogue
Bring products over by CSV, or connect Shopify, Square or WooCommerce read-only and sync. No retyping a hundred items.
Referral program
Share your personal referral link. When a business you refer starts paying, a $200 credit is applied to your next bill automatically.
Money in, money out, money protected
Know exactly what you earned, what you were charged and what is at risk.
Revenue reports and CSV export
Gross volume, transaction count, average ticket, refunds and month-by-month or product-by-product breakdowns. Export anything for your bookkeeper.
Payout and fee reporting
See each payout to your bank and exactly what came out of it, with every fee itemised rather than buried in one net number.
Dispute tracking
Chargebacks show up with the reason, the amount at risk and a countdown to the evidence deadline, plus a checklist and private notes so nothing is missed.
Clear, separated fees
One monthly subscription, one platform percentage, and Stripe's processing charge always shown separately. Nothing is marked up quietly.
Why you can trust it with your money
We are a young company and we would rather show you how the money is protected than quote testimonials you cannot check.
Stripe takes the card details
Payments run on Stripe's PCI-certified hosted checkout. Card numbers never reach our servers or your website, so there is nothing sensitive for us to lose.
The money is never ours
Funds settle in a Stripe account in your business name and Stripe pays out to your bank. We cannot hold, delay or freeze your payouts.
Fees you can audit
Subscription, our platform percentage and Stripe's processing charge are itemised on every payment and payout. Nothing is blended or marked up quietly.
No lock-in
Cancel any time and your Stripe account, customers, saved cards and payment history stay yours. Export your transactions to CSV whenever you like.

Transaction evidence records An append-only record per payment: what was sold, which policy versions were shown, whether the customer explicitly accepted them, and what the business recorded as delivered. | Available now |
Published policies with versions Publish terms of sale, refund and cancellation policies. Publishing a change creates a new version; earlier versions stay exactly as customers read them. | Available now Templates are starting points you review and publish yourself. How the money works
- Card data is handled by Stripe's PCI-certified hosted checkout, so it never touches our systems or yours.
- Stripe pays out to your bank directly. Enterprise Pay Gateway never holds your money.
- Our platform fee is collected automatically per payment and shown on every transaction.
Common questions
- Do I need a developer to use Enterprise Pay Gateway?
- No. Products, checkout links, storefronts, invoices and recurring plans are all created from the dashboard. Nothing needs to be coded or hosted by you.
- Already use Stripe — do I have to switch processor?
- No. Stripe stays the processor. Setup runs through Stripe's own secure onboarding, which sets up the Stripe payments account used here in your business name, and any separate Stripe account you already run stays untouched. Products can be added by form, CSV, or a read-only Shopify, Square or WooCommerce import.
- Can I import products from another platform?
- Yes. Import a CSV, or connect Shopify, Square or WooCommerce read-only and sync your catalogue.
- Does it handle recurring payments and invoices?
- Yes. You can bill monthly or yearly for memberships and plans, and send one-off invoices that customers pay by card or bank debit.
