Common questions
- Does this replace my booking calendar?
- No. Enterprise Pay Gateway is the payment and billing side: deposits, packages, memberships, loyalty and reporting. Keep booking wherever you book today.
- Can individual stylists take their own payments?
- Yes. Add each stylist as a team member with their own sign-in, and every payment shows who took it.
- How does a prepaid block work?
- The client buys a set number of appointments in one payment, and each visit draws one down. The remaining balance sits on the client record for anyone at the desk to see.
- Who holds the money?
- Stripe does, under your own Stripe agreement, and pays your bank directly on its normal schedule.
- What does it cost?
- Plans start at $49 per month plus a 0.75% platform fee on processed volume. Stripe's processing fees are billed separately by Stripe.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Starter, Growth and Pro are monthly, and you can cancel and keep using Stripe.
