Common questions

Does the health check connect to my Stripe account?
No. It is a self-assessment — you answer ten yes/no questions about how you run Stripe today. Nothing connects to your Stripe account and no credentials are requested.
Do I need to log in or create an account?
No. You can take the check and see your score without signing up or entering a card.
How is the score calculated?
Each question has a weight. A 'yes' answer earns its points, and your total is scaled to a score out of 100 with a grade label and summary.
What do I get after answering the questions?
A score out of 100, plus a list of the specific gaps behind any 'no' answers, each with a plain-language explanation of how Enterprise Pay Gateway addresses it.
Can I get the report by email?
Yes. You can enter your name and email to have the score and gaps sent to you; this is optional and only happens if you submit that form.
Is the health check specific to my business, or a generic checklist?
The questions cover common Stripe setup gaps — like self-serve checkout, recurring billing, invoicing, failed-payment follow-up, staff access and customer history — and your results reflect only the answers you gave.
