Manage recurring revenue
Memberships and recurring revenue you can actually see
Recurring revenue is the most valuable and least visible money a business has. EPG runs your plans on Stripe and then does the part Stripe leaves to you: who is subscribed, what renews when, what failed last night, what it is worth per month, and who asked to stop.
What is EPG recurring revenue management?
EPG recurring revenue management creates subscription plans on the merchant's connected Stripe account and mirrors their lifecycle — active subscribers, renewals, failed renewals, cancellations scheduled for the end of the paid period — into a merchant dashboard with monthly and annual recurring revenue calculated in integer cents.
What you get
- Monthly and yearly plans, billed by Stripe on saved cards.
- A subscriber list with status, price, billing period and next payment date.
- Renewal history, and an alert when a renewal fails.
- Monthly and annual recurring revenue, computed from active subscriptions.
- Cancellation at the end of the period already paid for, and resume before it takes effect.
Stripe stays the source of truth
Subscription state is mirrored from signature-verified Stripe events for your own connected account. Events from other accounts cannot change your data — the platform's own billing and your merchant subscriptions live in strictly separate namespaces.
Failed renewals are a queue, not a surprise
A failed renewal appears with the amount and the member it belongs to, and joins your recovery list. EPG does not email the member on its own; you decide what is sent.

The facts
- Subscriptions are created and charged on the merchant's connected Stripe account.
- Recurring revenue is computed in integer cents from active subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and creates no refund.
- Merchant subscription events and EPG's own platform billing are isolated from each other.
What this does not do
- EPG does not create refunds automatically and does not calculate part-period adjustments.
- Members cannot switch plans or pause themselves; the business does that.
- Retry and dunning schedules belong to Stripe.
Common questions
- Who charges the member each month?
- Stripe, on your connected account, using the saved payment method. EPG creates the plan and mirrors the result.
- What happens when a renewal fails?
- The subscription is shown as failing with the amount at stake and appears in your recovery list. Stripe handles retries; you decide what to say to the member.
- How do cancellations work?
- A cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the period the member has already paid for. Nothing is refunded and access is not cut off mid-period.
- How is MRR calculated?
- From active subscriptions, normalised to a monthly figure in whole cents. Potential or lapsed revenue is not included.
