Treasury accounts for growing merchants

Treasury is in early access, not open for sign-up. The idea is one balance that connects your sales, payouts, vendor transfers and staff cards — in an account held by a regulated financial provider, shown and reconciled inside Enterprise Pay Gateway.

Joining the list needs no account. It records interest only — it is not an application and creates no account.

Treasury would be provided by a regulated financial provider to eligible merchants. Availability depends on region, the provider's compliance review and the provider's approval, and is not guaranteed. Enterprise Pay Gateway is not a bank and does not hold your funds.

What Enterprise Pay Gateway provides

  • The dashboard that would show balances, transfers and payouts in one place.
  • The link between your sales, payouts and staff card spend, so reconciliation is one read.
  • Records and reporting you keep, export and reconcile against.

What the financial provider does

  • Opening and holding the financial account, and custody of every balance.
  • Moving money: ACH, wire and payout execution, and the timing of it.
  • Identity verification, eligibility decisions, deposit-insurance terms and regulatory reporting.

Limitations

  • Not open for general sign-up: the registry status is early access.
  • No account approval, availability date, region, payout timing, rate or yield is promised.
  • Enterprise Pay Gateway states no deposit-insurance coverage; the provider's own disclosures govern.
  • Joining the list is not an application and does not reserve an account.

Enterprise Pay Gateway is software. It is not a bank, not a lender and not a card issuer, and it does not hold your funds. Financial accounts, funding decisions and card programmes belong to the regulated provider behind them, on that provider's terms. Nothing here is an offer, an approval or financial advice.

An account held by a regulated provider

Funds would sit in a financial account opened and held by the provider under its own programme, including its own deposit-insurance disclosures. We are software, not the account holder.

Payout timing set by the provider

The intent is fewer waits between a sale and usable funds. Actual payout speed is the provider's, varies by account and region, and is not something we can promise.

ACH and wire transfers

Vendor and supplier payments initiated from the dashboard, executed by the provider, with each transfer recorded against your account.

One balance to reconcile

Sales, card spend and payouts read from the same balance, so month end is one view instead of several exports.

Multi-location reporting

Locations already separate in Enterprise Pay Gateway reporting. Whether separate provider balances per entity are possible depends on the provider's programme.

Compliance sits with the provider

Identity verification, fraud monitoring and regulatory reporting run through the financial provider. We never take custody of funds.

What merchants use it for

  • Hold reserves for tax season or slow months without opening another account
  • Pay suppliers by ACH from the same balance sales land in
  • Fund staff cards from that balance instead of a separate transfer
  • Reconcile money in and money out from a single dashboard
  • Depend less on a separate business checking account for day-to-day operations

Common questions

What is Treasury?

Treasury is an early-access capability that would let an eligible merchant see and use a financial account inside Enterprise Pay Gateway: holding funds, sending ACH or wire transfers, receiving payouts and funding staff cards from one balance. The account itself is opened and held by a regulated financial provider, not by Enterprise Pay Gateway.

Is this a bank account, and is Enterprise Pay Gateway a bank?

Enterprise Pay Gateway is not a bank and does not hold your money. Any account is provided by a regulated financial provider under that provider's own programme and terms. Deposit-insurance treatment, including whether balances are eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance through a partner bank, is set by that provider and its bank — we do not state coverage on their behalf, and we will show the provider's own disclosures before any account is opened.

Can I open a Treasury account today?

No. The registry status on this page is early access, which means it is not open for general sign-up. Joining the list records your interest; it is not an application, an approval or a reservation, and it does not create any account.

Who may be eligible?

Eligibility is decided by the financial provider, not by us, and depends on your region, the provider's compliance review and your processing history. Merchants already taking payments through Enterprise Pay Gateway are the group we expect to be able to invite first. No account approval is guaranteed.

How much will it cost?

No pricing is published because no account is being opened. Any fees, and any rate or yield if one ever applies, would come from the financial provider and would be shown before you agreed to anything. We do not quote rates or yields here.

What does Enterprise Pay Gateway actually build?

The software: the dashboard view of balances and transfers, the link between your sales, payouts and card spend, and the records you reconcile from. Holding funds, moving them, compliance checks and regulatory reporting sit with the financial provider.
