Stripe processing charges are separate

Stripe bills you directly for card processing under its own agreement with you. At Stripe's standard US online card rate of 2.9% + 30¢, that would be roughly $1,780 / month on this volume. Your actual Stripe rate depends on card type, country and payment method — check Stripe's pricing page.

Pricing questions

How much does Enterprise Pay Gateway cost?
Enterprise Pay Gateway charges a monthly subscription plus a platform fee on processed volume: Starter is $49/month plus 0.75%, Growth is $99/month plus 0.60%, Pro is $199/month plus 0.40%, and Enterprise starts around $499/month with a negotiated 0.20%–0.35% fee.
Is the platform fee the same as Stripe's processing fee?
No. The platform fee is what Enterprise Pay Gateway charges for the software. Stripe separately charges its own processing fees to you under your Stripe agreement — commonly 2.9% + 30¢ for standard US online card payments, though your actual rate varies by card, country and method.
When is the platform fee taken?
It is calculated on our servers at the moment a checkout session is created, using the plan stored on your account, and collected automatically by Stripe as an application fee on that payment.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your subscription page, which opens a secure billing portal.
I already pay Stripe. Why would I pay Enterprise Pay Gateway too?
Stripe moves the money; it does not give you a storefront, product checkout links, memberships, invoices, staff logins, multi-location reporting or chargeback deadline tracking. Enterprise Pay Gateway adds those on top of the Stripe account you already have, so you are paying for software you would otherwise build or buy separately.
Does connecting Enterprise Pay Gateway change my Stripe rates or payouts?
No. Your Stripe agreement, processing rates, payout schedule and bank details stay exactly as they are. Stripe keeps billing you directly, and our platform fee is shown separately on every payment.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Stripe account, customers and payment history are yours and stay in Stripe. Cancelling ends the Enterprise Pay Gateway subscription and platform fee; you can keep taking payments in Stripe.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no minimum term on Starter, Growth and Pro. Enterprise agreements are negotiated individually.
Do packages, gift cards and loyalty cost extra?
No. Prepaid packages, gift cards, store credit and loyalty points are included in every plan. Money customers pay up front is a normal Stripe payment, so the same platform fee applies once — redeeming the credit later is free.
What does it cost to take payments at the counter?
Nothing extra from us. Counter payments use a code your customer scans with their phone, which opens Stripe's hosted checkout. There is no terminal to buy and no per-device fee; the same plan platform fee applies.
