What you can count on

Common questions
- Is Enterprise Pay Gateway HIPAA compliant?
- We do not claim HIPAA compliance and we do not offer a business associate agreement. This is payment and billing software: keep clinical records in your practice management system and use Enterprise Pay Gateway for names, contact details and payment history.
- Does it file insurance claims?
- No. Claims stay with your practice management software. Enterprise Pay Gateway collects the portion the patient owes once you know the amount.
- Is a payment plan the same as patient financing?
- No. A plan here is you charging an agreed amount monthly on the patient's own card. There is no lender, no credit decision and no funding advanced to the practice.
- Who processes the payments?
- Stripe, under your own Stripe agreement, paying your bank directly. Enterprise Pay Gateway never holds practice funds.
- What does it cost?
- Plans start at $49 per month plus a 0.75% platform fee on processed volume, falling on higher plans. Stripe's processing fees are billed separately by Stripe.
- Do we need IT help to set it up?
- No. Connect Stripe, add what you charge for, and send the first link from the dashboard.
