Enterprise Pay Gateway is booking-and-billing software that sits on top of Stripe. Take a deposit before an appointment, sell a package of treatments a client draws down visit by visit, and bill a monthly membership automatically — without a developer and without changing processors.
You keep your own Stripe account, your Stripe rates and your payout schedule. Stripe processes the payments and pays your bank directly. Enterprise Pay Gateway is independent software and never holds your money.

Prepaid treatment packages
Sell a course of treatments up front and let the client draw it down visit by visit. Remaining sessions and balance are tracked against the client record.
Monthly memberships
Charge a recurring amount on a schedule with saved cards and automatic retries when a card fails.
Pay at the front desk
No card reader to buy. Type the amount, show the code, and the client pays with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Every payment, refund, package balance and membership sits against the client, so front desk staff can answer a billing question without opening Stripe.

Gross volume, average ticket, refunds and failed payments — plus recovery of failed recurring charges, so a declined card does not quietly become lost revenue.

What you can count on

Common questions
- Do I need a Stripe account?
- Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe agreement. You can connect an account you already have, or create one during setup.
- Does this replace Stripe?
- No. Stripe remains your payment processor and pays your bank directly. Enterprise Pay Gateway adds the checkout pages, packages, memberships, client records and reporting around it.
- Does it change my Stripe rate?
- No. Stripe sets and bills your processing rate directly. Enterprise Pay Gateway does not set, change or take part in Stripe pricing, underwriting, settlement or payouts.
- What does Enterprise Pay Gateway cost?
- Plans start at $49 per month plus a 0.75% platform fee on processed volume, falling to 0.20%–0.35% on enterprise terms. Stripe's processing fees are billed separately by Stripe.
- Is it HIPAA compliant?
- We do not claim HIPAA compliance and we do not offer a business associate agreement. Enterprise Pay Gateway is payment and billing software: store client names, contact details and payment history here, and keep clinical records in your medical system.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. Products, payment links, QR codes and the storefront page are created from the dashboard with no code.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Starter, Growth and Pro are monthly with no long-term contract, and you keep taking payments in Stripe afterwards.
