Questions
- Does this replace Stripe Billing?
- No. Subscriptions are created on your own Stripe account, so everything still shows in your Stripe dashboard. Enterprise Pay Gateway is the interface and the customer-facing pages on top.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. Plans, prices and the signup page are all created from forms in the dashboard.
- What happens when a renewal fails?
- The failed renewal appears on your recovery list with a link you can send the customer, in addition to Stripe's own retry rules.
- Can customers cancel their own plan?
- Yes. Customers can manage their subscription, including cancelling future renewals, without emailing you.
- Can I offer more than one plan?
- Yes. You can create multiple plans at different prices and billing intervals, and list them all on your storefront.
- Can I offer a free trial?
- Trial periods are set when you create the plan, so customers can try before the first charge if you choose to offer one.
