Stripe can charge a deposit. What it cannot do is remember that a customer has six sessions left, or apply store credit at the next checkout.

Questions
- Is unredeemed credit money I already have?
- The payment settles to your Stripe account when the package is sold. How you account for unredeemed value is a question for your accountant.
- Can a customer buy more than one package?
- Yes. Balances are tracked per customer, so someone can hold credit or sessions from multiple package purchases at once.
- Can I redeem a package in person and online?
- Yes. Redemption works whether the sale happens at the counter or through a checkout link.
- What happens when a package expires?
- If you set an expiry date on the package, remaining balance stops being redeemable after that date automatically.
- Do deposits still process through my Stripe account?
- Yes. Deposits and package payments are charged on your own Stripe account, the same as any other checkout.
- Can I change the size of a package after selling it?
- Existing sold packages keep the terms they were sold with; changes to a package product apply to new sales going forward.
